You will gain knowledge and tools to give you confidence in making your own well-informed decisions throughout pregnancy, during birth, and into post-partum.

The Village Prenatal Circle is a sanctuary for pregnant women in the Bow Valley to come together in a safe, sacred space to connect, share, breathe, move, relax, release and honour the journey of maiden to motherhood.
We hold space to release fears and anxieties, to move into our power, and to embrace connection with our mama community.
When a baby is born, so is a mother, and it is the intention of gathering in circle to nourish the mind and spirit.

I walk with women through life’s sacred passages; pregnancy, birth, motherhood, and the moments in between when you find yourself questioning everything you’ve been told.
My work is rooted in the cycles of the earth and the wisdom of the womb. I believe your intuition holds an ancient knowing and that when women reclaim their voices and gather in community, the whole world shifts.
Through circles and courses, I create spaces where women can remember their own truth, shed cultural conditioning, honour their rites of passage and step into their own power, unapologetically.
